Professional Harpist & Private Teacher

Rachel Miller brings accomplished musicianship and a warm, expressive style to weddings, special events, and private music instruction throughout metro Atlanta. A graduate of Brigham Young University–Idaho’s music program and former principal harpist of its Symphony Orchestra, she has performed with artists including David Archuleta, Nathan Pacheco, and Jenny Oaks Baker. Her musical training began at age three, with harp studies following at age ten. Today, Rachel pairs that depth of experience with a thoughtful, personal approach to every performance and lesson.

Qualifications

Rachel has studied with renowned harpists including Maria Luisa Rayan, Susan Brady (understudy of Marjorie Tyre & Marilyn Costello), Kimberly Rowe (founding editor of Harp Column Magazine), Judy Loman (understudy of Carlos Salzedo), and Alicia McQuay (understudy of Susann McDonald).
